• How long is a party booking?

Each party booking is for two hours. Additional time may be available for an extra fee and must be arranged in advance.

• How many children can attend?

Our party room can accommodate up to 30 children. Please review your selected package carefully, as the number of included guests may vary.

• Is playground access included?

Yes. Children can enjoy access to our indoor playground during the scheduled party time.

• Can we bring our own cake and food?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. A fridge and counter space are available.

• Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes. You may bring your own decorations, or choose from our themed decoration packages and party add-ons. Please do not use anything that may damage the walls, furniture, or equipment.

• Are tables, chairs, and cleaning included?

Yes. Tables and chairs are provided, and standard clean-up after the party is included.

• How early can we arrive?

You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time for setup. Earlier access must be arranged in advance.

• Are grip socks required?

Yes. Grip socks are mandatory for all children entering the play area. They are also available for purchase at Jolly & Joy Club.

• Do adults need to stay during the party?

Yes. Parents or responsible adults must remain on-site and supervise their children unless a supervised service has been arranged in advance.

• Can I add special services to my booking?

Yes. Depending on availability, you may add themed decorations, birthday packs, photography, face painting, balloon twisting, food, beverages, or a party supervisor.

• How do I reserve a date?

Use our online booking calendar to check availability and reserve your preferred date and time. You may also contact us directly for assistance.

• What happens if we stay longer than our booked time?

Additional-time charges apply when a party continues beyond its scheduled ending time. Please ask our team about the current rate before your event.

• What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are provided during booking. Please review them carefully before completing your reservation.
