Safety is super important to us. Every child needs a signed waiver form before playing or attending a party. It includes emergency info, allergies, and other helpful notes.

Parents and guardians are always responsible for their children unless they’re using our Drop & Shop service.

We can’t take responsibility for lost items. Try to keep valuables at home and label your child’s belongings when possible.

We work hard to make every visit special. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please let us know as early as you can.

Program Participation
By completing a booking or purchase, I give permission for my child to participate in activities offered by Jolly and Joy. These activities may include indoor play, games, arts and crafts, birthday parties, workshops, Drop & Shop care, and group activities.
